Role Description The Video Editor role at Monarch Fusion Concepts is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished videos for campaigns, events, social media, and branding initiatives. Daily tasks include editing video content, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and performing basic color correction and grading to maintain consistent visual style. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, integrate motion graphics or visual elements, and adapt content to different platforms and formats. The Video Editor will manage project files, adhere to timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end creation of video content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements and on-screen text.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines and tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
