Job Summary

We are looking for a highly Creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a proven track record of creating high-performing digital creatives that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Performance Marketing Creatives, Landing Page Design,YouTube Content, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Experience in creating viral short-form videos, high-converting landing pages, and performance-driven ad creatives is essential. Key Responsibilities

We're Looking for Someone Who Has

• Graphic Design & Creative Content
• Over 1 year of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, creating engaging social media creatives, branding assets, landing pages, motion graphics, and marketing materials with a strong focus on visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Performance Marketing & Video Production
• Designed high-converting lead generation creatives, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, performance marketing ads, and sales funnel assets while utilizing video editing, color grading, audio editing, lighting, and content strategy to maximize audience engagement.
• Creative Strategy & Design Expertise
• Applied strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout composition, branding, motion design, and marketing psychology to develop impactful campaigns that improve user experience and drive business growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
• Collaborated effectively with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Support, and Leadership teams to align creative strategies with business objectives while managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and implementing feedback without compromising quality.
• Training, Development & Continuous Improvement
• Conducted regular team training sessions, mock calls, and performance reviews, prepared monthly training reports, monitored industry trends and competitor activities, and contributed to continuous skill development and optimization of marketing strategies.
