Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer and Video Editor role based in New Delhi. The role involves planning and executing video shoots, including camera setup, lighting arrangement, and sound coordination for a variety of content formats. The Videographer and Video Editor will capture high-quality video footage, manage media files, and edit videos into engaging, platform-ready content using industry-standard editing software. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with creative and production teams, contributing ideas to visual storytelling, ensuring consistent brand style, and meeting production timelines. The role also includes basic color correction, adding graphics or text, and preparing final exports optimized for digital and social media channels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in video production, including planning shoots, managing equipment, and coordinating production workflows.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in camera operation and camera handling, with the ability to frame shots and adjust technical settings for different environments.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience in shooting video and lighting, ensuring visually appealing and well-exposed footage in studio and field conditions.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and basic color correction and audio polishing.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous videography and editing work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, follow briefs, and work to deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Familiarity with social media and digital content formats, aspect ratios, and export requirements for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
