About the Role

We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Video Editor to join our team. If you are passionate about visual storytelling, an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, and actively leveraging AI video tools to accelerate production and elevate creativity, we'd love to connect with you!

In this role, you will synthesize traditional video editing with cutting-edge AI workflows—editing raw footage, designing motion graphics, and integrating generative AI elements to deliver high-impact content for [social media / YouTube / marketing campaigns / corporate clients].

Key Responsibilities

1. Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content optimized for both horizontal (16:9) and vertical (9:16) platforms.
2. Design and execute motion graphics, lower thirds, callouts, and animated transitions using Adobe After Effects.
3. Perform color correction, color grading, sound design, and audio mixing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
4. Integrate AI video generation and editing tools into workflows for asset generation, ai videos cuts, storyboarding, b-roll creation, and voiceovers.
5. Enhance editing speed and creative flexibility using AI-driven features.
6. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm video hooks, visual concepts, and AI-assisted production ideas.
7. Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and prompt documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Proven mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (pacing, cutting, audio) and Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, keyframing, tracking).
• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly) for visual asset generation and workflow automation.
• Portfolio / Showreel: A strong portfolio demonstrating dynamic edits, motion graphics, and examples of AI-generated or AI-assisted video content (mandatory).
• Visual Storytelling: Solid grasp of narrative pacing, visual hierarchy, color theory, and sound design.
• Prompt Engineering for Video/Images: Ability to generate high-quality visual assets and video clips using precise text prompts.
• Detail & Adaptability: Eyeball for quality control—ensuring AI-generated assets match brand guidelines without visual artifacts or inconsistencies.
