Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales Executive role based in Bhavnagar. The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, presenting Magento extensions and custom development services, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Typical activities include conducting product demos, preparing proposals and quotations, following up with potential and existing clients, and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves close collaboration with the technical and support teams to understand client needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery. The IT Sales Executive will also track sales metrics, maintain CRM records, and contribute to sales strategies and market expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong IT sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and managing a B2B sales cycle for software or eCommerce solutions.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to Magento, eCommerce platforms, and web technologies in clear, business-friendly language.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on building trust-based, long-term client relationships.
- Experience using CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and forecast revenue.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software or eCommerce sales.
- Prior experience selling Magento, eCommerce, or SaaS products is highly preferred; familiarity with digital commerce trends is a plus.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with a proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach.
