Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the director and production team to develop the visual style and look of the project.

Plan and execute the shooting of scenes, ensuring high-quality lighting, composition, and camera movement.

Edit raw footage into cohesive, engaging video content using software tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

Implement special effects, color grading, and other post-production techniques to enhance video quality.

Work closely with the production team during post-production to ensure that the footage is edited to the highest standard.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related post-production software.

Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and software advancements.

Ensure that all edited content meets technical specifications for various platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor or similar role in the film or television industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual effects skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Film, Cinematography, Video Production, or a related field.

Experience with different types of cameras and filming techniques.

Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.

Experience in editing for different formats (e.g., commercials, short films, documentaries).
