Job Title: Video Editor - Long & Short Form

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai - Work from office

About The Role

Were looking for a story-driven, platform-aware Video Editor who understands how

video shapes perception, engagement, and recall. This role goes beyond cutting clips-

youll craft narratives that perform across short-form social content and long-form

brand, campaign, and internal videos.

You should understand pacing, visual rhythm, and platform behavior, and be confident

translating briefs into impactful videos that align with brand goals and audience intent.

This role requires comfort working across campaigns, internal communications,

product stories, and social-first video formats, with the ability to present and explain

creative decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video Editing - Edit reels, shorts, stories, and snackable videos optimized for

Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms

Long-Form Video Editing - Edit Corporate films, explainers, interviews, internal

communication videos, event after-movies, and product walkthroughs

Storytelling & Pacing - Shape raw footage into engaging narratives using rhythm,

transitions, music, and motion

Motion Graphics & Effects - Add titles, lower thirds, subtitles, transitions, and basic

animations to enhance storytelling

Campaign Video Support - Collaborate on video assets for internal and external

campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives

Content Collaboration - Work closely with designers, content strategists, copywriters,

and marketing teams to align video output with campaign intent

Platform Optimization - Adapt videos for different formats, aspect ratios, durations, and

platform best practices

AI & Editing Tools - Use AI-assisted tools to speed up editing, subtitles, rough cuts, and

creative experimentation

Brand Consistency - Ensure tone, look, and messaging remain consistent across all

  • video outputs

Project & Time Management - Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while

meeting tight deadlines

Required Skills

Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form video work

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent editing tools)

Understanding of social media video trends, formats, and audience behavior

Working knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and sound design

Experience using AI tools for video editing, captioning, and ideation

Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail

Ability to interpret briefs and align videos with communication goals
