What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like
- 1+ years of experience in long-form video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual editing skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to analyze previous content performance and apply insights to future edits.
- No formal degree is required—skills and experience matter most.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your editing work is highly preferred.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, or other creative tools.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animations, or visual effects.
- Knowledge of YouTube content optimization and audience retention techniques.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review raw footage and select the best takes.
- Edit long-form videos into engaging, polished content with a compelling narrative.
- Add transitions, graphics, text, music, sound effects, and color correction where required.
- Enhance videos with motion graphics and visual effects when needed.
- Ensure videos meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project objectives.
- Collaborate with producers, content creators, and the creative team throughout the production process.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and software.

- Availability to work according to Indian Standard Time (IST).
