Job Summary
We are looking for a Creative and Detail Oriented Full Graphic Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in graphic design, video editing, and brand visual development within a fast paced digital or creative agency environment. You will play a key role in creating high impact visual content including social media creatives, short form videos, logos, and other digital brand assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing and Motion Graphics
- Edit short form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content
- Edit long form videos including YouTube videos and promotional content
- Create basic to intermediate motion graphics and animations
- Optimize video formats for different platforms while maintaining quality
Graphic Design and Branding (Optional)
- Design engaging social media creatives, banners, posters, infographics, and digital advertisements
- Create logos and assist in brand identity development for clients and internal projects
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
- Stay updated with modern design trends and platform specific design requirements
Collaboration and Workflow
- Work closely with content writers, marketers, and strategy teams
- Handle multiple projects with quick turnaround times
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise creatives as required
- Manage design files and assets in an organized manner
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of CorelDraw is a plus
Creative Skills
- Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to translate ideas into visually compelling creatives
- Understanding of social media and digital content trends

Experience Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
