This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruchirappalli for a Video Editor at Lamppost Digital. The Video Editor will be responsible for producing and editing high-quality video content, performing color grading, and creating compelling motion graphics. Daily tasks include collaborating with team members to conceptualize video projects, delivering visually engaging content optimized for marketing strategies, and adhering to tight schedules to meet project deadlines. The role also involves learning and implementing the latest trends in video production to enhance video content quality.

• Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing techniques
• Experience with Video Color Grading to enhance visuals
• Skill in creating visually appealing Motion Graphics
• Basic understanding or experience in Graphic Design
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate in a team environment
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Previous experience in digital marketing or branding projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Design, or related field is preferred
