La Polo International is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can produce engaging, high-quality video content for the brand's social media platforms, marketing campaigns, product promotions, and events.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, visual storytelling, current social media trends, and brand aesthetics, with the ability to transform raw footage into compelling content that aligns with the brand's identity.
Key Responsibilities- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging promotional videos for La Polo's fashion, lifestyle, café, and brand-related activities.
- Edit product videos, campaign shoots, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and event highlights.
- Create short-form content using trending transitions, effects, music, and storytelling techniques.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, sound effects, and background music as required.
- Ensure videos maintain consistent branding, visual quality, and creative standards.
- Collaborate with the social media, graphic design, photography, and marketing teams to develop creative concepts.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers to organize and manage raw footage.
- Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and quality for different social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and content formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of assigned videos.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, edited videos, and project files.
- Graduate or diploma holder in Video Editing, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field; relevant practical experience is also acceptable.
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing or digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic knowledge of color correction, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and other short-form video formats.
- Knowledge of transitions, pacing, visual storytelling, and engaging content techniques.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous editing work is preferred.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxury retail, hospitality, or café-related content.
- Ability to create premium-looking videos aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement.
- Knowledge of shooting basics and camera angles will be an added advantage.
- A proactive individual who can contribute creative ideas and work collaboratively with the marketing team.
