Role Description The Video Editor role at Kriya & Reeths is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. In this role, the Video Editor will assemble raw footage, edit video sequences, refine audio, and apply visual enhancements to produce engaging content for digital campaigns and social media. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to understand project objectives, developing video concepts, incorporating motion graphics, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The Video Editor will manage multiple projects, organize media assets, maintain version control, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while contributing creative ideas to improve the overall quality and impact of video content.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, capture, and assemble high-quality video content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and style across all projects.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand communication.
• Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media formats, including best practices for short-form and long-form video content.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio of previous work is required.
