About the Role

We're looking for talented and highly driven Video Editors to join our growing content team at IPX.

At IPX, we work with entrepreneurs, brands, and businesses to build powerful content and personal brands. As an editor, you'll work on a wide range of content—from podcasts and long-form videos to high-performing short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to cut videos. We're looking for editors who understand storytelling, pacing, retention, and what makes people stop scrolling.

What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form content for multiple brands and creators.
• Work on podcasts, interviews, reels, social media videos, and other digital content formats.
• Understand raw footage and turn it into engaging, structured stories.
• Add appropriate music, sound design, graphics, subtitles, transitions, and visual elements.
• Stay updated with editing trends, social media formats, and audience preferences.
• Collaborate closely with content strategists, producers, and creative teams.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver content within agreed timelines.
• Continuously experiment with new editing styles and improve creative output.

What We're Looking For

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant editing software.

A strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and audience retention.

Experience editing short-form content for social media.

Ability to understand different brand voices and adapt editing styles accordingly.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.

Someone who can manage deadlines without compromising quality.

A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn.
