Mission

To create masterpieces through precise video editing that draws engagement, helping individuals find effective solutions to their sexual health problems.

Outcomes

Regular High-Quality Videos:

oDeliver 3 short-form (reel-type) content pieces daily with full and final editing.

oProduce 4 long-form YouTube videos weekly with full and final editing.

oCreate 2 graphic posts daily.

oDesign 2 carousels weekly.

Project Completion:

oComplete all editing projects assigned by the marketing department within prescribed deadlines, ensuring that quality standards are met.

Creative Ideas:

oPresent at least 7 innovative ideas monthly for trendy clips/videos or formats that are currently popular and effective.

a) Storytelling:

Understand narrative structure to create engaging and cohesive stories.

Convey emotions and messages visually.

b) Platform Optimization:

Edit videos tailored for specific platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) with optimal aspect ratios and durations.

Demonstrate a strong eye for detail, composition, and design principles.

Be flexible in working on varied content types, such as promotional videos, podcast videos, social media posts, and reels.
