We are looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw clips into scroll-stopping content and grow with us long-term.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Hybrid / Flexible)
Type: Long-term Role / Internship (based on fit)

Initial phase – Performance-based
Post evaluation – Paid (based on contribution and growth)
What You'll Work
- On Edit gameplay and content into high-retention short-form videos (Reels / Shorts)
- Turn raw clips into engaging edits with strong hooks
- Experiment with formats, pacing, and storytelling
- Collaborate on content strategy and creative direction
- Improve edits based on audience retention and engagement
Who You Are
- You can create content that stops the scroll
- Strong understanding of short-form content
- Clean, cinematic editing style Familiar with gaming or esports content (preferred)
- Looking for long-term growth, not short freelance work
- Recent graduate (within the last 1 year) or currently in the final year (graduating within the next 1 year)
