Pinnacle Growth Consulting (PGC) is an AI-enabled eCommerce and D2C growth consultancy based in Noida Sector 62. We manage 70+ brands across 13 Amazon marketplaces globally and operate Pinnaclegrowth.ai, our proprietary Amazon Ads automation platform. Content is central to how we grow: founder-led LinkedIn, YouTube, product demo videos, ad creatives, and client brand content all run out of our in-house engine.

About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor Intern who can turn raw footage, screen recordings, and creative briefs into sharp, scroll-stopping videos. You will work directly with our content and creative team on videos for PGC, Pinnaclegrowth.ai, and our client brands. This is a hands-on, high-output role where your edits go live on real channels with real audiences.

What You Will Do

•       Edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video) from raw footage, talking-head recordings, and screen captures

•       Edit long-form YouTube videos, including cuts, pacing, b-roll, music, and sound design

•       Create motion graphics, text animations, captions, and lower thirds for social and ad content

•       Edit product demo and platform walkthrough videos for Pinnaclegrowth.ai

•       Produce video ad creatives for Meta and other paid channels in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9)

•       Follow brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo usage) across PGC and client brands

•       Organize project files, maintain versioning, and deliver exports in the right formats and specs

•       Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate across multiple review rounds

What We Are Looking For

•       Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and After Effects

•       Familiarity with CapCut or similar tools for fast short-form turnaround

•       A good sense of pacing, hooks, and retention for social-first video

•       Basic understanding of sound design, color correction, and captioning

•       Ability to handle multiple projects and meet daily or weekly deadlines

•       A portfolio or showreel of edited work (student projects, freelance, or personal content all count)

•       Bonus: experience with AI video tools, thumbnail design, or graphic design basics (Canva, Photoshop)
