As a film and video editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, and background music where required.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and basic audio enhancement.
- Convert raw footage into polished, audience-focused content.
- Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and design teams to execute content strategies.
- Ensure all videos are delivered within deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and media libraries efficiently.
- Optimize video formats, dimensions, and exports for different platforms.
- Review content before publishing to ensure accuracy, branding consistency, and quality.
- Suggest creative ideas, visual storytelling techniques, and content improvements.
