Video Editor Intern

We're looking for a Video Editor Intern in Siliguri who understands that good editing is more than putting clips together. It's about timing, storytelling, retention and making people stop scrolling.

You'll work on real client projects — from Reels and short-form content to brand videos, ads and campaign creatives.

What you'll actually do:

• Edit Instagram Reels, ads and short-form videos
• Turn raw footage into engaging, story-driven content
• Work with hooks, pacing, transitions, subtitles, sound effects and music
• Create edits that fit different brand styles and audiences
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to bring concepts to life
• Experiment with different editing styles and formats

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a good understanding of pace, music, cuts and visual storytelling
• Knows Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar tools
• Can make a boring 10-second clip feel interesting
• Has an eye for trends without blindly copying them
• Is comfortable taking feedback and improving an edit
• Has a portfolio, college work or personal edits to show
• Is based in Siliguri and can work from our office
