Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled, fast, and trend-aware Video Editor Intern who can take ownership of day-to-day video production. This role is ideal for someone early in their career but confident with editing tools and modern video formats. The primary responsibility is video editing and visual storytelling; social media involvement will be limited to basic coordination and publishing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos for YouTube and LinkedIn
- Create engaging clips from webinars, expert sessions, testimonials, and trendy content
- Add thumbnails, subtitles, hooks, motion text, transitions, sound effects, and clear CTAs
- Optimize videos for different formats and platforms (9:16, 16:9, 1:1)
- Maintain consistent visual quality, pacing, and brand style across content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content briefs effectively
- Stay updated with current editing trends, viral formats, and platform best practices
- Assist with basic publishing and coordination of video content when required
Who Can Apply:
- Freshers with strong editing skills or candidates with some experience
- Students or graduates from Media, Film, Design, or related fields (preferred)
- Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be prioritized
Required Skills & Tools:
- Hands-on proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
- After Effects
- Final Cut Pro or Capcut
- Good understanding of captions, subtitles, and hooks
- Basic knowledge of color correction and audio balancing
- Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop is a plus
- Ability to work on multiple edits with quick turnaround times
