Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Content Creation:

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging performance marketing creatives for Meta and other digital channels.
• Edit UGC, influencer, founder-led, and product-focused content.
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, motion graphics, and visual enhancements to improve engagement.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the Content, Performance Marketing, and Influencer teams to execute creative concepts.
• Assist in transforming raw footage into high-quality, brand-aligned content.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives through video content.

Trend & Platform Understanding

• Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
• Identify emerging content formats and editing techniques that can improve content performance.

Asset Management

• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and content libraries.
• Ensure timely delivery of content as per campaign timelines.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content trends.
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for content creation, beauty, skincare, and D2C brands.
