Stipend : 8k-15k per month

Duration - 3 months (Full time conversion after that)

Company Description In the past 7 years, CaesarAi has done influencers campaigns for companies like Nestle, Flipkart, SugarFit, Epson India etc. We specialize in sales-focused influencer campaigns that consistently outperform traditional performance marketing companies by about 15% in sales.

The company leverages proprietary technology and advanced ad strategies to deliver measurable results for clients. Its in-house tools include an influencer search engine, a robust database of over 150,000 Indian influencers, and an analytics engine supported by a Facebook developer partnership.

Role Overview

We are looking for a social media–focused Video Editor who understands platform behavior, hooks, retention, and pacing. You will be working on

• short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) for CasarAi and Influencers managed by CaesarAi
• Social cutdowns optimized for engagement and growth

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing short-form videos
• Create strong hooks within the first 3–5 seconds
• Add dynamic captions, overlays, and motion text
• Deliver platform-ready exports (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
• Stay updated with social trends and editing styles
• Manage multiple content pieces weekly

Required Experience

• 6 months of professional video editing experience
• Strong experience working on social media content
• Experience in both long-form and short-form editing
• Portfolio showcasing social media work (Mandatory)

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects (motion text & graphics)
• Expertise in captions, subtitles, and fast-paced editing ( can use captions ai or any other ai software)
