Role Description The Video Editor at IndusTreeBiz is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajendra Place. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for marketing, thought leadership, brand storytelling, and internal communication. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and sequencing clips, adding transitions and effects, applying color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics and text elements to enhance visual impact. The role involves collaborating with the content, marketing, and consulting teams to understand project objectives, maintain brand consistency, and deliver videos optimized for digital platforms. The Video Editor will also manage file organization, maintain asset libraries, and ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills, including color correction and tonal adjustments to achieve consistent visual style.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging titles, lower thirds, infographics, and visual elements.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or Illustrator) is preferred.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, social media, web) are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajendra Place, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience in corporate, agency, or consulting environments, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant video work, will be an advantage.
