Key Responsibilities
Review and organize raw footage
Trim, cut, and arrange video clips into a cohesive sequence
Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, and basic motion graphics
Perform color correction and sound balancing
Ensure smooth transitions and proper pacing
Export videos in required formats for social media, websites, and broadcast
Work with creative teams to refine visual content
Assist with planning and capturing basic photo content when needed
Organize and archive video and photo assets
Tools & Software
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop
Canva (commonly used for quick graphics and social media assets)
Skills
Strong eye for storytelling and visual composition
Ability to work with deadlines
Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Basic knowledge of camera operation and lighting is a plus
