Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Video Editor who can create high-converting video creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate understands D2C consumer behavior, direct-response marketing, and can transform raw footage into engaging ad creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit performance-driven video ads for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
  • Develop compelling hooks, storytelling structures, and CTAs that improve campaign performance.
  • Repurpose existing content into high-performing ad creatives.
  • Work closely with the Growth, Performance Marketing, and Creative teams to execute campaigns.
  • Analyze creative performance and incorporate learnings into future edits.
  • Stay updated on D2C creative trends, competitor ads, and platform best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and turnaround timelines.
  • Optimize videos for different formats including Reels, Stories, Shorts, and Feed placements.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a D2C brand, agency, or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing and performance creative principles.
  • Experience creating Meta and Google ad creatives.
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, and visual communication.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and apply insights to creative production.
  • Portfolio showcasing performance marketing creatives and ad campaigns.

Preferred

  • Experience working with D2C or consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with UGC-style content and creator-led ads.
  • Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
  • Understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance metrics.
