Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Gurugram. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end video production, including assembling raw footage, selecting the best takes, and editing content for social media, personal brand campaigns, and thought-leadership pieces. Daily responsibilities include adding motion graphics and visual elements, applying color grading and basic sound enhancement, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and storytelling goals. The role involves collaborating with content strategists, designers, and marketing teams to develop compelling visual narratives and delivering projects within agreed timelines. The Video Editor is expected to stay current with video trends, formats, and best practices across major digital platforms.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills, including working with common editing software and managing end-to-end workflows.
• Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent, high-quality visual style across diverse content formats.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging titles, lower thirds, infographics, and other visual assets.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of digital and social media platforms, content formats, and best practices for personal branding video content.
• Candidates should possess strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, time management, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant experience as a Video Editor in marketing, content creation, or agency environments is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work is required.
• A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, Design, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
