About the RoleHouseeo Realty is building a high-energy, media-focused real estate brand and we're looking for afast, creative, trend-savvy Video Editorwho can transform raw footage into scroll-stopping, binge-worthy content.
You will editdaily short videosandweekly long-form contentfor Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
If you love fast cuts, viral styles, punchy storytelling, memes, speed-ramping, text animations, and making real estate exciting you'll feel at home here.
Responsibilities- Edit710 short-form videos per week(Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Edit2 long-form YouTube videos per week(property tours, market breakdowns, storytelling content).
- Create high-retention hooks and viral pacing.
- Add subtitles, punch-in/punch-out effects, sound design & motion graphics.
- Design thumbnails (bonus skill).
- Work closely with the Content Creator & Scriptwriter.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and editing style.
- Organize and maintain video files & media library.
What You Bring- 13+ years editing experience (agency, production house, or freelance).
- Strong command of Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci / CapCut Pro.
- Knowledge of modern social editing styles (Alex Hormozi, Ryan Pineda, Dan Kennedy, real estate creators).
- Obsession with clean cuts, retention, pacing, and attention-grabbing hooks.
- Ability to work fast in a high-energy environment.
