Role Description

We're looking for video editors who understand direct response advertising. Your role will be to edit high-converting video ads and talking head videos using strong hooks, fast pacing, captions and performance-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience editing direct response video ads
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and conversion-focused editing
• Ability to edit UGC ads, talking-head videos, and product-focused creatives
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Intermediate experience with After Effects (motion graphics, tracking, titles)
• Experience editing Meta or TikTok ad creatives is a strong plus
• Ability to follow ad scripts and deliver performance-focused edits
• Experience with AI tools for video or creative production is a plus
