Hashlight is a digital content studio in Hyderabad.

The role:

We're hiring a Video Editor (1–2 yrs experience) on a contract/freelance basis first — earn your way to a full-time role with the studio.

What you'll do:

- Edit reels & shorts for Instagram/Facebook/YouTube (+ TikTok-ready versions)

- Cut long-form brand films, project showcases and client storytelling

- Add motion graphics — titles, lower thirds, templates, callout animations

- Handle color grading + finishing — clean audio, correct grades, export-ready files

What you need:

- 1–2 years editing experience with a real portfolio (reels/IG content a must; client work a plus)

- Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve & After Effects for motion

- Storytelling instinct — you know why a cut works, not just how

- Attention to detail: sync, pacing, sound, colour, exports done right

- Good English (written), reliable remote setup, comfortable with revision loops

- Bonus: motion templates, subtitle/caption workflows
