Video Editor (Gurgaon In-Person)

Scalio is building an AI-first creative engine that produces high-volume short-form videos + ad creatives for brands. We're looking for AI-native video editors who think in Reels/Shorts/Ads and can ship multiple winning variations quickly.

What you'll do:

• Edit + create short-form: Reels, Shorts, paid ads, testimonials, promos, explainers
• Build scroll-stopping hooks (first 13 seconds), tight pacing, clean storytelling
• Produce multiple versions per concept (angles, hooks, lengths, CTAs)
• Use AI daily for speed + scale: subtitles, cleanup, upscaling, background, formats
