Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor + Graphic Designer role based in India. The role involves editing and producing high-quality videos for ads, social media, and campaigns, including cutting, sequencing, basic sound alignment, color correction, and export in platform-specific formats. The Video Editor + Graphic Designer will create static and motion-based graphics, thumbnails, banners, and other visual assets that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with performance marketers and copywriters, adapting creatives to multiple platforms and aspect ratios, managing project files and asset libraries, and delivering work within tight deadlines. The role also includes staying updated on creative trends, optimizing creatives based on performance feedback, and contributing new ideas for improving visual storytelling and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage, adding basic audio, and preparing platform-ready outputs.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, engaging visuals aligned with brand and campaign requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Motion Graphics for ads, intros, transitions, lower thirds, and social media content.
- Graphics design skills for creating ads, banners, thumbnails, carousels, and other campaign creatives.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
- Strong sense of visual composition, typography, branding, and storytelling for performance-focused creatives.
- Ability to follow briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance advertising is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Film, Design, Animation, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
