Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to support our marketing and university engagement efforts. This role involves creating visually appealing designs and editing high-quality videos for campaigns, social media, events, and training content.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit promotional, educational, and testimonial videos for social media, website, and webinars.
- Add captions, graphics, transitions, and sound effects where necessary.
- Manage video assets, create templates, and maintain a consistent visual tone.
- Repurpose long-form video content into short clips/reels for various platforms.
Graphic Design
- Design marketing collateral (social media creatives, newsletter, posters, emailers, etc.).
- Develop visual assets and student-facing campaigns.
- Work on presentation decks and infographics for internal and external use.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
Requirements
- 13 years of relevant experience in video editing and graphic designing.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with Canva or Figma is a plus.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with EdTech or youth-focused brands.
- An understanding of international student journeys and challenges.
- Creative mindset with a strong portfolio showcasing video and design work.
