Over the last four years, we have helped scale eCommerce and Home Services brands across India and the USA, generating over $100M+ in revenue. As we expand our client portfolio and scale existing brands, we are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Video Editor to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Video Editor/ Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and high-converting video ads for Facebook and other paid social platforms. Your primary focus will be to craft engaging ad creatives that capture attention within seconds, drive engagement, and improve campaign performance.

You will work closely with media buyers, copywriters, and the marketing team to produce performance-oriented video content aligned with campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-performing video ads for Facebook and paid social campaigns.
• Create short-form videos, motion graphics, animations, and UGC-style ad creatives.
• Collaborate with copywriters and performance marketers to align visuals with campaign messaging.
• Incorporate brand guidelines, visual identity, and client assets into creatives.
• Optimize video elements (hooks, pacing, captions, thumbnails, CTAs) to maximize ad performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, paid advertising, and creative testing strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing variations for ads to improve CTR, ROAS, and overall performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance creative performance and storytelling.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Video Editor (preferably in a digital marketing or eCommerce agency).
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting ad creatives.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator Pro or similar software.
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, hooks, and sound design.
• Experience creating performance marketing creatives for Facebook/Instagram.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and performance marketing metrics.
• Experience working with D2C, eCommerce, or Home Services brands.
• Basic knowledge of paid ads creative strategy and conversion optimization.
