identity and create content that gets people to stop, watch, engage and remember the brand.

This isn't just an execution role.

We want someone who can think creatively, understand the idea behind a piece of

content and turn it into strong visual communication.

  • Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form video content.

  • Design assets for product launches, campaigns and community initiatives.
  • Create thumbnails, covers and other visual assets for video content.
  • Maintain consistency across Kinjo's visual identity.
  • Develop creative visual concepts rather than simply executing templates.

Brand & Creative

  • Work closely with the marketing and community teams to develop creative campaigns.
  • Translate marketing ideas into strong visual concepts.
  • Help evolve Kinjo's visual language as the brand grows.
  • Explore new visual styles, formats and creative directions.

  • Think beyond the brief and proactively suggest better creative approaches.
  • Turn everyday moments at Kinjo into content opportunities.

Performance & Improvement

  • Understand how content performs across different platforms.
  • Use engagement, views, retention and other performance metrics to improve future content.
  • Experiment with different hooks, formats, creative styles and storytelling approaches.
  • Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Kinjo's content.

Success means creating content that makes people:

Stop - Watch - Engage - Remember Kinjo - Want to be part of it.

We want someone who can take a rough thought like:

We should make a Reel about this.

and turn it into:

Concept - Hook - Visual Direction - Shoot - Edit - Final Content.

If you're someone who loves design, video, internet culture, storytelling and building

brands, we'd love to meet you!
