About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual and video content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms.

If you have a strong eye for design, storytelling skills, and a performance-driven mindset, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-converting creatives for ads, banners & social media

Edit engaging short-form & long-form videos (Reels, ads, tutorials)

Create motion graphics, thumbnails & video assets

Support performance marketing with A/B tested creatives

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Plan and manage content calendar with timely delivery

Requirements

2+ years of experience in video editing & graphic design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma & Canva

Strong portfolio (Reels, ads, product creatives, social media content)

Understanding of CTR, engagement & conversion metrics

Ability to deliver 10–15 creatives per week

Experience in D2C / E-commerce brands is a plus
