About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Design & Motion Content Creator to join our growing creative team. This opportunity is open for both:

• Fresh graduates / trainees looking to build hands-on agency experience, and
• Experienced professionals (2–3 years) with strong motion graphics and video editing expertise.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, storytelling, social media trends, and an interest in using AI tools to enhance content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content including Reels, ad films, social media creatives, and brand videos
• Create motion graphics, typography animations, transitions, and dynamic visual elements
• Work on pacing, audio syncing, sound design, and storytelling flow to improve content quality
• Convert raw footage, scripts, and concepts into polished visual narratives

Design & Creative Asset Support

• Create/edit supporting visual assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Ensure consistency in brand language, typography, and design aesthetics across deliverables

Trend-Driven Content Execution

• Stay updated with latest Instagram, Reels, and digital content trends
• Adapt edits and creative outputs basis platform requirements and audience behavior

AI-Assisted Content Creation

• Use AI tools such as Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms to speed up production, generate ideas/assets, and enhance edits

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with content, design, marketing, and strategy teams to execute campaign concepts
• Adapt quickly to feedback, revisions, and multiple project timelines

Videography Support (for experienced candidates)

• Assist in content shoots when required with basic understanding of framing, lighting, and audio capture

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Photoshop / Illustrator
• Strong understanding of cuts, transitions, audio syncing, and pacing
• Basic to advanced motion graphics skills (depending on experience)
• Understanding of social media content formats and storytelling
• Familiarity with AI tools used in content creation
• Strong eye for typography, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Good communication and collaborative mindset
