Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Pisoli, Pune .
The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into clear, engaging videos that showcase products, projects, and brand stories across digital platforms.
Day-to-day responsibilities include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, synchronizing audio, applying basic color correction, and exporting video assets in required formats.
The role will also involve collaborating with marketing, sales, and technical teams to understand project requirements, create motion graphics and simple graphic elements, and adapt content for social media, presentations, and internal communication.
The Video Editor will maintain organized media libraries, follow brand guidelines, and meet deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- Strong video editing skills, including Video Editing and Video Production for promotional, educational, and corporate content.
- Ability to enhance visual quality through Video Color Grading and basic color correction workflows.
- Proficiency in Motion Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, simple animations, and visual effects that support brand messaging.
- Graphics skills to design or adapt basic visual elements, thumbnails, and overlays for video and social media use.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) and basic knowledge of tools like After Effects or equivalent.
- Good understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings for web, social media, and presentation formats.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow brand and visual guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Prior experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or B2B sectors is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio or showreel.
