Position - Video Editor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Surat. The Video Editor will be responsible for sorting and editing raw footage into polished video content for campaigns, social media, and branded storytelling, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative direction. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and strategy teams, organizing and maintaining video assets, applying color grading and visual enhancements, and integrating motion graphics or basic graphic elements as needed. The role also involves preparing multiple versions of video content for different platforms, optimizing formats and aspect ratios, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines. The Video Editor is expected to contribute creative ideas, stay updated on video trends, and support continuous improvement of Gemius visual content.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, mood, and consistency across different projects.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to support storytelling and brand messaging.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and formats for social media, digital campaigns, and web platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment in Surat.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
