CJC Race runs a high-volume content engine, and video is the primary driver of organic reach, player education, and SEA market acquisition. We need a Video Editor who grew up making gaming content - someone who knows how a great gameplay clip should feel, can build cinematic race trailers from raw footage, and has the motion graphics capability to make UI explainer videos that people actually finish watching. This is not a corporate video role.

• Short-form gameplay clips for Twitter/X, TikTok, and Instagram Reels - fast cuts, punchy captions, gaming energy
• Long-form YouTube videos: tutorials, race day recaps, NFT explainers, and earning guides
• Race trailers and NFT reveal videos with cinematic production value
• Motion graphics for in-video UI callouts - stats overlays, earning animations, leaderboard reveals
• Subtitled versions of all videos for Indonesian and Filipino audiences
• Thumbnail design for YouTube videos aligned with high-CTR gaming benchmarks
• Shorts and Reels cuts of longer content for vertical platform distribution
• Social media story assets, animated banners, and event graphics as needed

• 4+ years of professional video editing experience with a gaming-first portfolio
• Strong 2D and 3D motion graphics capability - Adobe After Effects is non-negotiable
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for timeline editing
• Proven ability to cut short-form gaming content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) that holds attention past 3 seconds
• Understanding of YouTube thumbnail strategy and short-form hook mechanics
• Ability to take a raw gameplay recording and make it look like a polished product trailer
• Comfortable working from a written script or brief and delivering without heavy revision cycles

• Experience editing for blockchain gaming, crypto, or fintech brands
• Basic sound design skills - music selection, SFX layering, and audio mixing
• Experience with Blender or Cinema 4D for 3D asset integration
