We're looking for a Video Editor who can take ownership of their work, maintain a high standard of quality, and consistently deliver on time.

The Role

You'll be editing Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts for creators, with a strong focus on cinematic storytelling, pacing, and visual quality.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who can work independently and consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts for creators

• Turn raw footage into engaging, polished short-form videos

• Apply cinematic storytelling and strong pacing

• Create motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound design

• Follow creative direction and incorporate feedback

• Manage your work independently and meet daily deadlines

• Take ownership of projects from raw footage to final delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of professional video editing experience

• Strong Adobe After Effects skills

• Proven experience editing short-form content

• Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling and pacing

• Good sense of visual composition, timing, transitions, and sound design

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Reliable and consistent with deadlines

• Portfolio of relevant short-form work is mandatory
