Video Editor

Fraghill is a D2C fragrance brand out of Gurgaon- 35 original scents, formulated in Italy, built around a wardrobe of moods rather than one signature bottle. We're a small team, so this role comes with real ownership from day one.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand long-term, not just execute briefs. You'll work closely with the marketing lead to build out content IPs, and handle day-to-day editing across both performance marketing and organic social. We're Instagram-first today and starting YouTube next- you'll help shape that from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Edit short-form content for Instagram and help launch our YouTube presence
• Cut creative for performance marketing campaigns
• Build branded content IPs together with the marketing lead
• Handle basic motion graphics, sound design, and colour grading
• Manage footage and run the post-production workflow end to end

What we're looking for

• 2 years of video editing experience; consumer or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
• Comfortable in Premiere Pro or Final Cut, with basic motion graphics and colour grading
• Some experience planning and shooting, not just editing what's handed to you
• A genuine team player- everyone on a team this size pitches in beyond their title
• Someone who thrives on hustle: fast turnarounds, shifting priorities, figuring it out as you go
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram
