Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Madurai. The HR Manager will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also handle employee benefits, training and development, and maintain a positive work environment to foster staff engagement and productivity.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Recruitment and Onboarding
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Labor Laws
• Proficiency in implementing HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Training and Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the creative or branding industry is a plus
