Role Description:
We're looking for a Video Editor to craft high-impact visual stories that bring narratives to life. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of storytelling, motion, and distribution - transforming raw footage into engaging, platform-native video content.
You'll own the end-to-end video production loop: from editing and motion design to final delivery and optimization. This is a full-time, remote role involving short-form and long-form video editing, motion graphics execution and close collaboration with content, growth and design teams. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to produce visually compelling assets that amplify reach, retention and brand recall across Web3, AI and digital-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, podcasts, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Work on content across formats - reels, shorts, X videos, YouTube and event recaps.
- Maintain high-quality output while meeting tight timelines and multiple content drops.
- Collaborate with content strategists and designers to align visuals with narrative and brand tone.
- Optimise videos for platform-specific performance (aspect ratios, pacing, captions, hooks).
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, animations, transitions).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (editing, sequencing, color correction, audio sync).
- Solid understanding of motion design principles (timing, easing, composition, typography).
- Experience editing social-first content with a strong sense of pacing and hooks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 13 years of relevant experience in video editing or motion graphics
