About the Role

FLIVA Vision is looking for a creatively strong Video Editor with a sharp understanding of Generative AI, reels, cinematic storytelling, and music videos.

A significant part of the role will involve Generative AI creation:

Generating and working with AI-created video, images, environments, characters, and other visual elements, and integrating them seamlessly with traditionally shot footage.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities

Use Generative AI tools to generate and enhance shots, environments, characters, transitions, and other visual elements.
Integrate AI-generated and live-action footage while maintaining continuity in characters, colour, lighting, environments, and overall visual style.
Take ownership of projects from raw footage and generated assets to final master.
Create high-retention Reels and short-form content without compromising on visual quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

1–2+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably across films, entertainment, advertising, or premium digital content.
Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating music videos, films, reels, or other visually driven work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI image and video tools and an understanding of AI-assisted production workflows.
Experience creating polished Reels and short-form social content.
Knowledge of Blender and 3D workflows is highly valued.
Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios, and export settings across digital platforms.
Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and ability to maintain consistency across a project.
Ability to independently manage an edit from start to finish, while collaborating effectively and responding to creative feedback.
Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools, technologies, and creative workflows.
