Now we're opening two seats. And we're picky about who sits in them.

You're the editor who can't watch an ad without silently re-cutting it in your head. You're fluent in English, and you actually read books, scripts, and the world, because the best editors are storytellers first and button-pushers second. You treat AI tools like an instrument, not a magic button: you know that a lazy prompt gives a lazy result, and you keep pushing until the frame earns its place.

You don't wait to be told twice. You finish what you start. You hit a wall and figure it out instead of passing the problem on to someone else.

Here's what we won't ask: how many years you've been doing this. Freshers, you're genuinely welcome here. But talk is cheap, and the timeline doesn't lie, so come ready to prove it with real work.

What you'll actually do

Cut and craft ads for international brands using a production pipeline that blends human taste with AI generation, Premiere, DaVinci, After Effects, and a stack of AI tools that keeps evolving. The kind of work that ends up in front of audiences across the world.

You should be genuinely strong in

Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Real fluency with ChatGPT and AI tools, not I've tried it once. And the maturity to lead yourself, own your work, and move without hand-holding.

Role: Video Editor — 2 positions Location: On-site, Ahmedabad only (this is a room-full-of-people job, not remote)

Hours: 1 PM to 10 PM Start: Immediate
