Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with 2 years of professional experience to create engaging and high-quality video content For university Social Media Pages .
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce videos for social media platforms, YouTube, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, interviews, event highlights, and educational content.
- Handle video editing, color correction, audio synchronization, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to understand video requirements.
- Select and organize raw footage, music, graphics, images, and other visual assets.
- Ensure videos follow the required brand guidelines, quality standards, and timelines.
- Create different video formats and sizes suitable for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Add subtitles, captions, titles, animations, and other graphical elements where required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.
- Keep up to date with current video-editing trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.
Required Skills
- 2 years of relevant experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, color grading, sound editing, and basic animation.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous video-editing work is preferred.
Educational Qualification
Graduate/Diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field will be preferred.
Any Graduation Preffered.
