Position: Video Editor – Podcasts, Reels & Motion Graphics
Looking for a highly skilled and organized Video Editor who can manage end-to-end post-production for podcasts, social media content, brand campaigns, and performance marketing creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Podcast Production & Editing
- Edit long-form podcast episodes with professional pacing and storytelling.
- Sync and edit multi-camera footage with precision.
- Manage camera angle switching and ensure visual continuity.
- Clean, enhance, and balance dialogue audio.
- Apply EQ, compression, noise reduction, and audio mastering techniques.
- Add background music, transitions, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
- Create engaging podcast clips, teasers, and promotional content.
Social Media & Performance Content
- Edit reels, shorts, ads, and social media videos for multiple platforms.
- Create platform-specific content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
- Apply performance-focused editing techniques to improve retention, engagement, and watch time.
- Deliver content in multiple aspect ratios including 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5.
Motion Graphics & Design
- Create motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds, intros, outros, and title sequences.
- Design simple thumbnails and social media creatives when required.
- Enhance videos with animations, visual effects, and storytelling elements.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines.
Production & Technical Coordination
- Work efficiently with footage from multiple camera setups.
- Understand camera formats, codecs, frame rates, resolutions, and color profiles.
- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, producers, and marketing teams.
- Follow best practices for podcast and content production workflows.
Media Asset & Project Management
- Organize footage, audio files, graphics, project files, and exports using structured naming conventions.
- Maintain clean folder structures across local drives, cloud storage, and shared servers.
- Manage project archives, backups, and version control.
- Ensure all media assets are properly categorized and easily retrievable.
- Create and follow standardized post-production workflows.

Experience
