About SureLocal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. SureLocal Technologies is a fast-growing digital marketing and creative agency based in Lucknow. We work with 50+ active clients across various sectors and have a strong team of designers, video editors, strategists, and interns. Each client receives 24 creatives per month, which include 12 graphics and 12 short videos/reels delivered by the assigned Graphic Designer & Video Editor. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our onsite team. The candidate should be able to design visually engaging graphics and edit high-quality short-form videos tailored for social media. Key

Responsibilities Graphic Design:

Create high-quality social media creatives, posters, banners, and ads.

Deliver 12 graphics per month for each assigned client.

Understand client branding and maintain consistency across all designs.

Video Editing:

Edit reels, promotional videos, and short-form content for social media.

Deliver 12 short videos per month for each assigned client.

Use CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with designers, editors, strategists, and interns.

Participate in internal reviews and brainstorming sessions.

Understand briefs clearly and ensure timely project delivery. Required Skills & Tools Graphic

Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva

Video Editing Tools: CapCut (mandatory), Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

Additional Skills: Creativity, trend awareness, communication, time management Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.

- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or video editing (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
