Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad creatives) with strong hooks and retention-focused pacing.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and colour grading where required.
• Work with the creative team to understand the brief and deliver platform-optimised cuts.
• Stay updated on editing trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes.
• Maintain organised project files, version control, and timely delivery.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver revisions within deadlines.

Key Skills:

• 1–2 years of professional editing experience (agency or brand work preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory).
• Familiarity with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of hook-based editing, pacing, and audience retention.
• Experience editing Reels, Shorts, and performance-focused ad content.
• Basic motion graphics and colour grading skills.
• Knowledge of platform-specific formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1).
• Good understanding of sound design and audio syncing.

Work Details:

Location: Pratap Nagar, Nagpur

Work Timing: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Work Offs: 1st & 3rd Saturday + every Sunday

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Salary / Stipend: 15,000 – 20,000 / month
