About the Role

We're hiring a Video Editor who understands attention.

This is not a cut–trim–export role.

This role is for someone who knows how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds, retain attention, and turn raw footage into high-impact content that performs.

You'll work on short-form, long-form, ads, reels, YouTube, and brand videos—content that is seen by thousands and influences real business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads)
• Edit long-form content (YouTube videos, webinars, interviews)
• Add subtitles, motion elements, transitions, sound design, and pacing
• Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-retention videos
• Collaborate with marketing & content teams on scripts and structure
• Optimize videos for different platforms (IG, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Maintain consistent visual and editing style across brands

What We're Looking For

• Strong command over Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects
• Clear understanding of pacing, storytelling, rhythm, and hooks
• Experience with short-form content editing
• Ability to follow brand tone and platform-specific styles
• Strong attention to detail (cuts, captions, audio levels, timing)
• Can handle feedback, revisions, and fast turnaround times

You'll Stand Out If You

• Understand retention graphs, watch time, and engagement
• Can suggest better hooks, cut points, or formats
• Have edited for creators, real estate, finance, or digital brands
• Are comfortable with fast-paced, high-output environments
• Can show before–after edits or performance-driven work
