Job Description

A fast-growth player in direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce and digital performance marketing, focused on high-conversion creative that drives paid-acquisition and organic social growth. The role delivers production-grade short- and long-form video optimized for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to improve ROAS and lifetime value.

Primary title (optimized): Performance Video Editor (D2C)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Edit end-to-end video creative for paid and organic channelsconcept to final cutdelivering platform-ready formats and aspect ratios.
  • Create high-impact short-form ads (630s) and mid-form product/explainer videos (3090s) optimized for retention and CTR.
  • Design and animate motion-graphics, dynamic text overlays, product highlights, and CTAs that align with conversion goals.
  • Color grade, clean audio, and master multiple codecs/aspect ratios; prepare deliverables that meet ad-platform spec and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketers, creative strategists, and designers to iterate based on metrics and A/B test results.
  • Organize project assets, maintain version control, manage review cycles, and meet rapid turnaround timelines.

  • Adobe After Effects
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Motion Graphics
  • Color Grading
  • Social Media Formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories)

Preferred

  • Frame.io or collaborative review tools
  • A/B testing for creatives
  • Familiarity with TikTok and YouTube ad creative best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven portfolio of D2C or e-commerce video creatives across paid and organic channels.
  • Ability to deliver fast turnarounds and iterate based on performance data.
